Pricing Information -- Our solid rates have not changed since our opening in 2003!!
The Upper Loft --- $25.00 per person per night.
The Main Floor --- $30.00 per person per night.
(Above pricing is rated up to the total of 4 persons. For parties larger than 4, see below)

Up to 4 adults = $30.00 per person, per night
Over 4 , then $15.00 per person, per night.
4 adults = $120.00
5 adults = $135.00
6 adults = $150.00

THE MORE PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY THE CHEAPER THE PACKAGE IS PER PERSON!!
(Example: $150.00 divided by 6 people is only $25.00 per person, per night!!)

Boaters!! - For those of you who enjoy boating out on the river, we do have direct river access. You can tie up your boat right on our lots. We are within walking distance of the free public boat ramp!

We keep a list of local land owners
that rent land for hunts.

We're open ALL YEAR ROUND!

We are located on the east side of Pike County right on the Pike / Scott County line.

Directions: We are in the Village of Florence, on Highway 100/106, heading west just off the Florence Green lift span bridge you go left at the first road which is about 100 yards from the end of the bridge. When you get to the stop sign, hang to the right. The guest house is 4 buildings from the stop sign on the left.

Deer Hunters, Turkey Hunters, Jeepers, Race Car fans, Pike/Scott County Tourists, and Illinois River Boaters are welcome.
